Inside the Newly Opened Aston Martin Residences in Miami

Aston Martin has unveiled its first-ever branded residence in Miami, setting a new standard for luxury living. The 66-story tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way features 391 condos and 42,275 square feet of amenities, developed in partnership with G&G Developments over eight years. Remarkably, 99 % of the units were sold before completion.

Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s executive vice president, described the project as a blend of captivating design and an idyllic waterfront location, enhancing Miami’s skyline. Designed by architect Rodolfo Miani in collaboration with Aston Martin, the building showcases bespoke elements like artisan door handles and kestrel tan leather door tabs.

The standout unit is a triplex penthouse named “Unique,” still available for $59 million. It is complete with the last Aston Martin Vulcan race car, worth $3.2 million. Residents enjoy amenities such as a two-floor fitness centre, art gallery, film theatres, golf simulator, spa, beauty salon, sky bar, infinity pool, and cabanas. Over half of the buyers are Aston Martin owners, able to personalize their homes with bespoke interior schemes.

"Our design language is based on beauty and the authenticity of materials," Reichman said. "We are delighted to welcome the first residents to their new homes to experience this feeling for themselves."
